Shipping and Rerurns

IMPORTANT:

We provide free shipping only on orders over $99 to the 48 States of United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgins Island.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders placed before 4.00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time usually ship that day.
Orders placed after 4.00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
You can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number where our Customer Service department may reach you for any inquiries.
Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time.
Transit time may vary depending on the products destination; this does not depend on ShoesnInsoles.com.

Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgins Island:

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $15.00 shipping surcharge per item.
Some orders shipping to these locations may require extra shipping time to reach their destination.

International Shipping:

Please contact our Customer Service department, via phone or email, for a shipping quote.
Prices may vary depending on the country the customer is located.
International shipments are not traceable.
Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery.
We not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees.

RETURNS

IMPORTANT:

In order to return any item from AetrexFoot.com you will have to get an authorization number first. We will not accept any item returned without our concern. It is your responsibility to Contact Us first.

Returns and Refunds of Delivery:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders.
Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only.
We do not refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply after 7 days.
Items should be returned in their original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning that you received the wrong product).
Exchange policy: To exchange an item you first need to contact our Customer Service department. Please attach a note including your order number and the new size for the exchange. And $5.00 money order/cashier's check to cover the Shipping & Handling for the replacement.
Also, to return an item you will need to contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number and donwload our Return Authorization Form here in order to return any item that you have bought on ShoesnInsoles.com
